  1. Join the tester group

    Open Planet Removal in Google Groups and choose Join group. If you need to request membership, wait for approval before moving to step 2.

  2. Opt into the closed test

    Open the Google Play testing page with the same account and choose Become a tester. Joining the group makes you eligible; you still need to opt into the test.

  3. Install Planet Removal

    After Google confirms you’re a tester, use the Google Play download link on that page. Install on your Android device with the same Play Store account, then try a few removals.

Google Groups and Google Play handle enrollment. This page doesn’t collect your email or check whether you’ve joined.

DURING THE TEST

Make a few removals.
Tell us how it goes.

Pull back and release the launcher. Remove the gold targets, protect the cyan client, and try to keep the star stable.

Try pausing and resuming, changing the sound or effects settings, and playing again after a loss. Stay opted in while you test to receive new beta builds through Google Play.

GETTING STARTED

Having trouble
joining?

Most joining problems come down to the selected account or a step that’s still waiting.

Google Play says the test isn’t available

Check that you’re a confirmed member of the tester group, then open the testing link with that same Google account. Check the account selected in the Android Play Store, too. New tests and updates can take several hours to become available. If it still won’t open, ask in the tester group ↗.

My group membership is awaiting approval

A pending request is not confirmed membership. Wait for your request to be approved, then return to step 2 to opt into the Google Play test.

I’m already an internal tester

Leave the internal test first, then use the closed-test link in step 2 to opt into this beta. Google Play doesn’t let an internal tester receive a closed test at the same time.

Can I play in the browser instead?

Yes—play the browser edition with touch or a mouse. Browser play doesn’t enroll you in the Android test. Follow the three steps above to test the Android app. The two editions keep separate saves.
